NINJAGO City Workshops earns a B by doing the slow-burn thing well: a massive modular build packed with detail that takes real time to finish, and the journey is most of the reward. Ten minifigs fill out the scene without any obvious gaps. The display result is strong — layered facades, workshop signage, that signature Ninjago urban density — and it holds a shelf with authority. Where it stumbles is the price tag; $249.99 for what you get here feels a beat too high, and the secondary market isn't likely to bail you out on that gap. But if the build itself is the point, this one delivers.
