The Full Take
There's a lot to like about a sub-$20 dragon in a theme where the flagship sets have crept into triple digits. Lloyd's Green Forest Dragon fills that entry-level gap with decent color work and a recognizable character hook. The dragon build itself is functional — poseable enough to look alive on a shelf, simple enough to knock out in an afternoon. Two minifigs at this price feels appropriate rather than generous. Where it stumbles is scale: for anyone who's seen what Ninjago dragon sets can be, this one lands closer to impulse buy than centerpiece. It's a solid B for price because LEGO® didn't overcook it, but the love grade sits at C+ for a reason — you'll enjoy it, then largely forget it's there.
