The Full Take
Lloyd's Elemental Power Mech is a set that knows its audience and plays to it — Ninjago kids who want a poseable mech with their favorite character front and center. The build is straightforward and satisfying in the way small mechs usually are, with decent articulation for the price point if you can overlook that price point. And that's the catch: $19.99 for 253 pieces is genuinely hard to swallow in 2024, especially when the mech itself doesn't introduce any standout techniques or a must-have minifig exclusive. Three figures is a nice bonus at this scale, though, and the set photographs well enough for a quick shelf cameo. It's not a bad set — it's a fairly ordinary one wearing a steep price tag.
