Sibling rivalry meets motorsport in one of the more personality-driven Ninjago sets of 2022. The EVO mechanic gives kids and fans something to engage with beyond a static display — watching the car transform mid-session is the whole point. Four minifigs at this price point is reasonable, even if the car itself doesn't hit the visual drama of the bigger Ninjago flagship builds. The build experience is competent without being remarkable, solid mid-tier LEGO® construction that won't bore you but won't surprise you either. Where this set wins is theme authenticity — Jay and Nya as co-leads feels earned, and the color palette pops in a way that keeps it from looking generic on a shelf. The C+ on price is fair; you're not getting robbed, but you're also not getting a deal. Buy it because you love these characters, not because the set demands your attention on its own merits.
