Zane's Titan Mech looks the part on a shelf, but $64.99 for 840 pieces in 2021 was a stretch — LEGO® charged premium for the Ninjago name and the mech wow-factor, and the math only half-lands.
Is the price fair?D+$64.99 for this mech is a stretch — Ninjago tax is real here.
Will you love it?BNinjago fans will dig the Zane focus; everyone else sees a capable but forgettable mech.
Holds its value?C-Flat secondary market; don't bank on this one moving the needle.

The Full Take
Titan Mech Battle is one of those sets that wins on silhouette and loses on price. The mech itself is imposing — tall, white, and clean in a way that reads well whether it's mid-battle pose or standing guard on a shelf. Four minifigs including Zane in his elemental form add genuine play hooks, and kids who are deep in the Ninjago world will find a lot to work with here. The build is competent without being memorable — lots of clip-and-plate mech construction that moves fast but won't surprise a seasoned builder. At $64.99 it felt overpriced at launch, and the secondary market hasn't rewarded patience the way harder-to-find Ninjago sets sometimes do. Buy this because your kid loves Zane, not because the box checks every box.
