Tournament of Elements packs in seven minifigs — Cole, Jay, Kai, Lloyd, Skylor, Karlof, and Griffin Turner — and that roster is the whole pitch. The build itself is a loose collection of small tournament props: a gong, some weapons racks, a tiny arena corner that doesn't quite cohere into a scene. For a Ninjago fan deep in the lore, those character-specific minifigs carry real weight, especially the rarer tournament variants. But $29.99 for 292 pieces with no centerpiece structure to show for it is a tough sell when the box looks fuller than the build feels. Kids will tear through it fast and love the fighter lineup; adults building for display will want more architecture to anchor the set. It's a B- on enjoyment if minifigs are your thing, and a D on price because the build just doesn't back up the ask.
