The Zane vs. Nindroid battle pack concept is solid on paper — two-sided micro-duel, Ninjago lore, a villain army builder in the mix. But $9.99 for 66 pieces is where the concept meets reality and flinches. The Nindroid minifig is genuinely cool and does the heavy lifting here. The build itself is skeletal: a few rocks, a couple of weapon racks, done in under fifteen minutes. For dedicated Ninjago collectors hunting the Nindroid for army-building purposes, there's a reason to engage. Everyone else is paying a Ninjago tax on a set that needed either more pieces or a lower price point to feel right.
