Ten bucks for a self-contained Ninjago arcade pod with two minifigs — at this price point it's hard to be mad at it, even if the build itself is over before it starts.
Is the price fair?ATen bucks for two minifigs and a themed pod is a fair trade by any measure.
Will you love it?B-Fun enough if you're into the theme, but the build wraps up before you're fully warmed up.
Holds its value?C+Modest secondary market ceiling — fine to open, don't bank on big returns.

The Full Take
The Arcade Pod format is a clever little concept: a clamshell play environment built around a single ninja, priced low enough to grab on impulse. Kai's version gets the job done — two minifigs, a compact pod design, and enough Ninjago flavor to feel like it belongs in the lineup. The build is short and the piece count is modest, so don't come in expecting a Saturday afternoon project. But as a standalone snapshot of the 2020 Ninjago Avatar wave, it captures the arcade-game aesthetic better than you'd expect from something this small. It's a B- set because it does exactly what it promises — nothing more, nothing less.
