This Ninjago Movie set is built around Garmadon's volcano lair, a sprawling playscape with lava cannons, a shark army command center, and more moving parts than most sets at this price. The build itself is busy in a good way — there's always something to interact with. What holds it back is the value equation: $79.99 for 830 pieces felt steep at launch, and that ceiling shows up in the grades. The minifig lineup is the real win here, and the set's identity leans hard into the film's comedic villain energy rather than classic Ninjago lore.
