Six minifigs in a $79.99 set is already a deal — but this one comes with the Lord Garmadon himself in four-armed villain form, which is exactly as unhinged as it sounds. For a Movie-era set, it delivers where it counts.
Is the price fair?A+$79.99 for this lineup is a flat-out win — the figures alone justify it.
Will you love it?C+If Garmadon is your guy, you will not be disappointed.
Holds its value?C-Movie-era sets age quietly; don't plan on this one popping.
The Full Take
The LEGO® Ninjago Movie sets had a lot of misses, but this one quietly rose above the pack. Six minifigs anchored by a four-armed Lord Garmadon is a lineup worth the price of admission alone. At $79.99 it was priced to move, and the overall build — a shark sub fortress thing only the Ninjago universe could dream up — gives kids something genuinely fun to mess with. The weakest part is what you actually get structurally; the build itself is a bit hollow for 830 pieces. Still, the A- overall is earned: great price, strong characters, and enough chaos energy to keep a kid entertained for a full afternoon. Display collectors will find it serviceable, not stunning — but that minifig shelf? That's the real story here.
