Ten dollars for 70 pieces and a spinner is a tough sell in any era — Zane fans will shrug and grab it, everyone else should keep walking.
The parts alone are worth about 22% of the street price — the basis for this F price read.
OverpricedYou're paying well above the parts' value — $7 of parts for a $34 price.
Zane is one of Ninjago's most beloved characters, and the Spinjitzu Master sets were built to put him in kids' hands fast and cheap. The problem is that 2018's $9.99 didn't buy much: a small spinner platform, a handful of blades, and one minifig. The build itself wraps in under fifteen minutes and leaves almost nothing to look at on a shelf. There's a sliver of charm in the icy color palette and Zane's classic white-and-silver print, but charm only stretches so far when the structure is this thin. For a dedicated Ninjago collector it's a gap-filler; for anyone else it's an easy skip.
