Spinjitzu Masters were always designed as pocket-money sets, and Kai - Spinjitzu Master doesn't pretend otherwise. You get the character, the spinner gimmick, and a minifig — the whole pitch is right there on the box. Sixty-two pieces isn't a build; it's an assembly that gets you to the play pattern in about ten minutes. For a dedicated Ninjago fan, that's totally fine. For anyone else, the C+ across the board says it all: decent for what it is, not remarkable at anything.
