49 pieces for ten bucks was a tough sell in 2017, and Lloyd hasn't gotten more generous with age. The Spinjitzu spinner gimmick is cute, but there's not much set here to justify the price tag.
Is the price fair?DTen bucks for 49 pieces was overpriced then and it's overpriced now.
Will you love it?C+The minifig delivers; the build around it barely shows up.
Holds its value?C-Flooded the market at launch and never recovered — don't bank on it.

The Full Take
The Spinjitzu Master polybag-style sets were never meant to be substantial — they were impulse buys at checkout, and Lloyd fits that mold exactly. Forty-nine pieces built around a spinner base is a thin experience no matter how you slice it. The minifig itself is solid, decked out in his Movie-era green robes, and that's genuinely where the value lives. But LEGO® asked close to ten dollars for something that builds in minutes and displays as little more than a figure on a disc. The Ninjago Movie line had high points; this isn't one of them. A C- overall is probably generous when you factor in how little the build contributes to the package.
