The LEGO® Ninjago Movie line had a weird job to do: sell the movie AND stand on its own. City Chase mostly pulls it off. Five minifigs at this price point is the headline — you're getting Nya, Lloyd, and a handful of shark army goons to actually stage a fight. The street vignette is slim but it reads as a scene, not just a pile of bricks. Build time is short enough that younger fans won't tap out, but there's not much here to challenge anyone older. At $20 the price isn't a bargain, but it's not an insult either — it's squarely in the 'fine' zone. If the movie's your jam, this one's worth a grab; if you're NINJAGO-agnostic, it's easy to skip.
