The Ninjago Red Mask is the kind of set that makes you pause at the shelf and then keep walking. Thirty-nine pieces and zero minifigures is a tough sell at any price point, and this one doesn't clear the bar. There's no meaningful build experience, no character to play with, and nothing shelf-worthy enough to justify the footprint. It grades out at a D+ across the board because the value just isn't there — not for builders, not for display, not for play. If you're a Ninjago completionist, maybe. Everyone else can safely skip this one.
