Platform 9 3/4 is one of the most iconic locations in Harry Potter, which makes this set's execution all the more baffling. No minifigs. 103 pieces. A brick wall with a luggage cart halfway through it — and that's the whole set. The concept has magic baked into it; the product does not. As a display piece it reads more like a polybag dressed up in set clothing. At this price, LEGO® is charging a premium for nostalgia and delivering very little of anything else. The D+ love grade says it all: fans will recognize it, then put it down.
