The Full Take
The Pizza Delivery Experience has the right ingredients — a storefront with an actual kitchen setup, a delivery scooter, and five minifigs that give the whole thing a neighborhood-diner energy. The build clocks in at 494 pieces, which is fine, but nothing in the assembly is going to stop you mid-bag with a clever technique or a surprise part usage. Where it earns its B- is atmosphere: this thing looks lived-in on a shelf and gives kids a clear scenario to play through. The price is where it stumbles — $49.99 sits a notch above where City sets at this scale usually land, and you'll feel that gap. Resale history on mid-tier City sets like this one is flat at best, so the math only works if you love what's in the box. For the right buyer — a City collector filling out a street scene, or a parent whose kid is deep in the pizza-shop fantasy — it delivers. Everyone else might wait for a sale.
