$100 for a City helicopter that peaked in 2019 — the jungle setting has charm but this price asks you to believe LEGO®'s done something new here, and they haven't.
Is the price fair?DA hundred dollars for a competent-but-familiar City helicopter is a tough sell.
Will you love it?BThe jungle setting gives it real personality — this is a B if you dig the theme.
Holds its value?C-Retires quietly, moves on the secondary market slowly — don't count on a bump.

The Full Take
The jungle explorer theme does real work: five minifigs, a helicopter with some heft, and enough green foliage and creature details to feel like an actual expedition rather than a generic City drop. The build itself is solid without being special — 881 pieces that go together competently, no jaw-dropping techniques, just a well-assembled set that looks good when it's done. The problem is $99.99 is a hard number to swallow for what amounts to a familiar format dressed in khaki. Display presence is decent, the shelf read is 'adventure,' but it won't stop a room. As a gift it lands — kids who are into animals and action will get mileage here — but adults buying for themselves should know what they're getting: a fun afternoon, not a centerpiece. The C- hold grade says it plainly: don't expect this one to appreciate. Buy it because the jungle genuinely beats the default City gray, not because the math works out.
