Fire stations are a City staple, and this one delivers the feel — but $79.99 for 844 pieces is a stretch that's hard to ignore. The build itself is solid; the price tag is the only thing on fire here.
Is the price fair?C$79.99 for 844 pieces is a tough sell — this one's overpriced and the market knows it.
Will you love it?BSolid station layout, a full crew, and a truck that actually looks like a truck — the experience delivers.
Holds its value?C-Middling retirement upside; City sets with wide distribution rarely squeeze out big resale margins.

The Full Take
A working fire station with a truck is the kind of set that should be a slam dunk, and in many ways this one is — the structure looks lived-in, the layout makes sense, and five minifigs give you a crew worth displaying. The problem is LEGO® priced it at a premium the piece count doesn't back up, landing an F on price and dragging the overall score down to a B-. Strip away the sticker shock and the build holds up: clever modular construction, good play flow, and enough detail to sit confidently on a shelf. Kids will absolutely tear into this — the truck deploys, the station has rooms, the scenario practically writes itself. It's a B for enjoyment and a C- for resale, which is the honest summary: buy it because you want it, not because you're running numbers on it.
