Construction sites are one of City's most reliable formulas, and this set leans into why: there's a crane with a functioning wrecking ball, a dump truck that actually tips, and enough moving parts to keep a kid busy for a long time after the build is done. Four minifigs round out the crew, and the overall scene reads as a proper job site rather than a stripped-down half-kit. The build itself is City-standard — competent, predictable, nothing that'll make a seasoned builder sit up, but not the point. Where this stumbles is $59.99 for 235 pieces, which is a stretch no matter how you frame it. The play features do a lot of work to justify that tag, and for the right kid they probably succeed. It won't do much on a secondary market, so this one lives and dies by whether the kid at the end of it loves construction equipment. Most do.
