Gaming Tournament Truck

Based on 6 reviews · thin
A gaming truck with a drone, four minifigs, and a color palette that sells the esports fantasy — City's getting creative, even if $39.99 is a touch steep for what's in the box.
Is the price fair?B+Forty bucks for this size haul is a mild stretch — City sets have been priced tighter.
Will you love it?BThe esports concept is fresh and the play setup is genuinely fun, even if the build is light.
Holds its value?C-City trucks from this era tend to stall at retail price on the secondary market — don't bank on growth.

The Full Take
City keeps swinging for relevance and the Gaming Tournament Truck lands closer than you'd expect. The truck itself is chunky and detailed, the drone is a fun bonus, and whoever designed the esports branding on the side panels deserves a raise. Four minifigs for a set this size is solid, and the play scenarios write themselves for any kid who's into gaming culture. Where it wobbles is the price — 344 pieces at $39.99 sits in that uncomfortable zone where you feel the gap between what you paid and what you got. The build is competent but won't challenge anyone past a beginner, and the interior detail is thin once you open the roof. Still, the concept is sharp enough that it punches above its parts count on the shelf.
