City's recycling truck has an identity problem: the price sits too high for what 261 pieces delivers, and yet the set is better than it looks on the box. The sorting bins open and separate, the compactor arm actually moves, and LEGO® built in enough interactive steps to make this feel like a working vehicle rather than a static prop. Three minifigs round it out without padding the piece count with filler. It won't anchor a display shelf — the form factor is boxy and humble — but for a kid who's into how garbage trucks work, this hits the right notes. Resale is middling; City trucks don't tend to spike post-retirement. The B overall comes from the play experience carrying the set past a price point that should be lower.
