City sets live or die on playability, and Emergency Vehicles HQ delivers a solid spread — fire truck, police helicopter, ambulance, and a chunky HQ all in one box. The B on the love read means kids and casual fans will have a good time here; there's genuine play value packed into the footprint. The problem is the price tag. At $69.99, this sits in a bracket where $10 more gets you significantly more set, and the build itself doesn't do enough clever or surprising to close that gap.
