Street Skate Park charges $68 for 454 pieces and four minifigs — the math does not work in your favor. The build itself is fun and the skate culture vibe lands, but LEGO® left the price tag sitting way too high for what shows up in the box.
Is the price fair?C-$68 for a spread-out skate park with 454 pieces is a tough ask — this one prices itself out of the easy-yes category.
Will you love it?B-The skate aesthetic is genuinely charming and the play layout works, but don't expect a build that lingers in the memory.
Holds its value?C-Soft secondary market, no signs of appreciation — this one sits flat after retirement.

The Full Take
Skate culture is a great lens for a City set — the ramps, grinds, and street furniture give this one a personality that most City builds lack. The four minifigs fit the theme well and the modular layout keeps play flexible. But $67.99 for 454 pieces is where this set starts losing the argument: there's just not enough build density or display drama to justify that number. The construction itself is enjoyable without being memorable — no standout technique, no moment that makes you stop and admire. On the shelf it reads as a flat, open-air spread that doesn't command space the way a towering modular does. Resale history is soft, which means you're not getting any upside to offset the high entry cost. Buy it because the skate theme speaks to you, not because any other metric earns it.
