$50 for a City police truck that brings 436 pieces and a mobile command center setup — the concept is cool, the price is not. This one's for kids who want to live out a cop drama, not for anyone counting dollars.

The Full Take
The Mobile Command Truck nails the fantasy: a big rolling police HQ that folds out into a proper scene with screens, a drone, and enough accessories to stage a full bust. Four minifigs means the action gets going fast, and City sets at this age range tend to disappear into imaginative play for hours. The problem is LEGO® charged $50 for a set that simply doesn't back it up — 436 pieces is a thin haul at this price point and you feel it the moment the box is empty. The build itself is competent but unremarkable, mostly standard brick-stacking with little to surprise an experienced builder. On the shelf it reads as a generic blue truck, not a showpiece. City fans who buy for their kids will get decent play out of it; everyone else is overpaying for the badge.
