The Ocean Mini-Submarine lands in a weird spot: small enough to feel like an impulse buy, but priced just high enough that the impulse stings a little. The submarine itself is charming — rounded, colorful, and recognizably sub-shaped — but at 41 pieces it barely qualifies as a build.
