The Tuning Workshop is the rare City set with a coherent sense of place — a lived-in garage where something is always happening. Seven minifigs populating one location sounds like overkill until you see how well the space absorbs them: lift bays, tool stations, a tire rack, a counter. The build itself is more functional than flashy, but it rewards patience with layered details that read well from across a room. At $100 it's not a bargain, and the secondary market doesn't reward patience either — City garages fade quietly. Buy it because the scene is good, not because the math is.
