The Construction Bulldozer lands a C overall, and the price is the whole reason why. At $19.99 for 126 pieces, you're paying a premium for a set that feels like it should hit shelves at twelve or fourteen dollars. That said, the model itself punches above its weight — the blade mechanism works, the proportions feel right, and it looks genuinely good sitting on a desk next to a worksite display. Two minifigs round things out fine for a small City set. The problem is LEGO® left no room for error here: a middling price-to-content ratio turns what could've been a easy recommend into a hesitation.
