707 pieces at $79.99 puts this Arctic Supply Plane in rough territory — the plane itself is decent, but City has delivered more for less too many times for this price tag to slide.
Is the price fair?FEighty dollars for this plane is a hard ask — City has delivered more substance at this price point plenty of times.
Will you love it?CThe concept lands but the execution is too middle-of-the-road to stick with you after the build is done.
Holds its value?C-Retires quietly, moves quietly — nothing here drives secondary market excitement.

The Full Take
The Arctic Supply Plane has a solid core concept: a chunky cargo plane hauling supplies to a frozen outpost is exactly the kind of City set that photographs well on a shelf and gives kids a clear story to play out. The plane's build is competent without being memorable, and the Arctic base components feel like filler padding rather than meaningful additions to the set's world. Four minifigs is reasonable, but nothing in the lineup is distinctive enough to move the needle. The bigger problem is the price — $79.99 for this level of output was a tough sell in 2018 and reads even tougher in retrospect against what the City theme offered around the same era. It's a C- set in a world where City regularly punches above this, and the value gap is hard to ignore. Fine if it finds you at a discount, forgettable at full retail.
