Arctic Exploration Team is City's classic "gateway drug" format — small, themed, easy to toss in a cart — but the price-to-content ratio here is genuinely rough for 2018 money. Seventy pieces doesn't leave room for a build that impresses anyone over the age of six, and there's no landmark centerpiece to point at. It's a companion set without a main set to companion.
