The build is short but the result holds its shape on a shelf or in a kid's hand without looking cheap. LEGO® City has produced far lazier small sets at this price, and this one at least commits to a coherent design. The pilot minifig is the real centerpiece — aerobatics livery and all. Where it stumbles is longevity: this thing retires quietly and doesn't appreciate, so buy it for what it is right now, not what it might become.
