There's a scenario baked into this set that most City offerings only hint at: a mid-mountain police operation with a helicopter swooping in, a fugitive on a ledge, and a rugged truck below. The three-environment layout — air, rock face, road — gives it a cinematic quality that holds up on a table or shelf. Four minifigs is just enough to populate the drama without feeling sparse. The rocky cliff build is chunky and functional rather than elegant, but it does the job of selling the setting. At $59.99 for 303 pieces, the price is the weakest part of the pitch — you're paying for the scenario, not the brick count.
