Coast Guard Headquarters does something City sets don't always manage: it feels complete. The modular base gives you a proper facility, the vehicle lineup actually makes sense for the theme, and seven minifigs means the scene has life the moment you set it up. At $119.99 for 795 pieces and this much going on, the price-to-experience ratio is one of the better ones in the City catalog. The build itself won't challenge experienced hands, but it's structured enough to be satisfying rather than forgettable. Where this stumbles is the long game — retired City playsets don't tend to move the needle on the secondary market, and this one is no exception.
