The Full Take
For a City set pushing a decade old, this buggy has held up surprisingly well in terms of pure design charm. The vehicle is compact but cohesive, with chunky proportions that actually look intentional rather than cheap. Where it falls apart is the asking price — $9.99 for 81 pieces and one minifig was a tough sell in 2017, and nothing about the package justifies that ceiling. The build itself is brief; you're done before you've settled in, and there's no secondary model or accessory to extend the experience. That said, the minifig scores unusually high for a set this size, which tells you something about how LEGO® prioritized this one. It's a fun little object, just not a fair transaction at retail.
