Four minifigs in a police heist set is a solid casting call — you get a story the moment you open the box. The rest of the set is perfectly fine City filler that won't move the needle in any direction.

The Full Take
The Auto Transport Heist has one thing going for it right out of the gate: the minifig lineup gives you an actual cast. A transport heist needs two sides, and LEGO® delivered enough characters to stage a scene without scrounging from your parts bin. The truck and car hauler are competent City builds — nothing technically ambitious, but solid enough that a finished shelf setup reads clearly as a scene rather than a pile of bricks. Where it stumbles is everything after retirement: this set has shown almost no appreciation, and the secondary market treats it like background noise. At a C+ overall, it's a dependable mid-tier City set — the kind you enjoy while it's current and forget about once it's gone.
