The concept is solid enough: a villain crew rolls a bulldozer into a bank, chaos ensues, cops show up. City crime sets have always had a certain goofy charm, and this one leans into that. But $70 was steep for 2017, and the build itself doesn't hide it — the bank facade is thin, the bulldozer is chunky but not particularly impressive, and you're left feeling like the budget went somewhere else. The minifig lineup is the genuine bright spot; five characters with a mix of cop and criminal roles gives kids real role-play options. Shelf presence is pretty weak for a display collector — this reads as a play set, not a showpiece. It landed a C overall, and that feels about right: fun in theory, overpriced in practice.
