The Full Take
The ATV Arrest is exactly what a City pocket set should be: a cop, a crook, a vehicle, and a reason to make siren noises. At 47 pieces it's not trying to be anything grand, but the minifig-to-set ratio is hard to argue with — two characters for this price point is a small miracle. The build is quick and forgettable, but the play scenario writes itself the moment you pop open the box. Display collectors won't clear shelf space for it, and flippers have no real story here. But as a standalone little City moment, it punches above its weight class where it counts most: getting a kid something fun without spending real money.
