'Catch The Crooks' ships with crooks, cops, and zero actual minifigures — which tells you most of what you need to know about this one. The 71-piece build is thin by any measure, designed as an activity companion to a City storybook rather than a standalone LEGO® experience. What you get is a loose assortment of small builds that feel more like visual props than something worth putting together.
