The Full Take
Yoda's Lightsaber was a GWP, and that origin story explains almost everything about it. The piece count is low, the build is brief, and there's nothing to display that will stop anyone in their tracks. What's wild is that the secondary market didn't get that memo — appreciation of 8.5 makes this one of the stronger holds in recent Star Wars GWP history. But strong resale data and a strong set are two very different things, and this one only wins on the former. If you received it free with a qualifying purchase, great. If you're considering buying it outright for the experience, the shelf, or a kid's afternoon — the D score is doing real work here. The market loves it; the set itself doesn't give you much reason to.
