A promotional display stand dressed up as a LEGO® set — 42 pieces, a minifig, and the audacity to charge what they charged for it. This is a marketing item, not a product.
Is the price fair?FPaid money for a display stand that should've been a freebie — hard no.
Will you love it?DFunctional in the way a cardboard box is functional — technically does the job, nothing more.
Holds its value?C-A C- on value retention is generous for something this niche and this forgettable.

The Full Take
The Black Card Display Stand exists to sell you on buying more LEGO® Star Wars sets, not to be one itself. Forty-two pieces of injection-molded plastic to hold a card and prop up a minifig — that's the whole thing. The build takes maybe ten minutes, leaves nothing interesting on your shelf, and solves a problem you probably didn't have. It landed an F overall, and that grade is doing the work of being polite. If it came free in a box you actually wanted, fine — but seeking this out and paying for it is a different conversation entirely. There are better ways to display your collection, and nearly all of them cost less.
