A book-and-minifig pack dressed up as a set — 72 pieces and a single figure don't make this a must-own, no matter what the Ninjago branding says.

Will you love it?C-A completionist curiosity more than a set you'll reach for twice.

The Full Take
Greatest Ninja Battles is less a LEGO® set and more a promotional companion piece for the Ninjago: Build Your Own Adventure book series. The 72-piece count is thin even by gift-with-purchase standards, and one minifig doesn't do much to sweeten the deal. The build itself exists almost as an afterthought — something to assemble while flipping through the pages. For a die-hard Ninjago collector it scratches a completionist itch, but casual buyers will likely feel the shelf gap it leaves. A C- overall isn't a condemnation so much as a realistic shrug.
