This is basically a minifig pack dressed up as a set — four Ninjago characters, 25 pieces, and a build that wraps up before you've found a comfortable seat. The figures themselves are the whole pitch, and for a Ninjago collector filling roster gaps they do the job. But if you're expecting a scene, a display base, anything with a little heft to it, this set has nothing to offer beyond the plastic people. The C+ overall grade reflects that narrow value proposition: decent if that's exactly what you need, forgettable if it isn't. It's the kind of thing that makes sense as a bundle find, less so as a deliberate purchase at full retail.
