The build time is legitimately long at 9.3, which sounds appealing until you realize these pieces are spread across modular city-building exercises rather than one satisfying model. There's one minifig in over 2000 pieces, which tells you everything about the priorities here. On the shelf it reads incomplete; in play it reads like homework. The appreciation score of 2.9 is about as low as it gets, and that tracks — these kits rarely surface on the secondary market in ways that reward holding.
