The City of Rosas reads finished and warm on a shelf — the color palette does real work, and nothing about the layout looks like a corner was cut to hit a price point.
Is the price fair?A+Twenty dollars for this much set is a genuine win — LEGO® didn't get greedy here.
Will you love it?A-Charming details and a warm color palette make it easy to enjoy long after the build is done.
Holds its value?B-Wish's lukewarm cultural footprint keeps resale from getting exciting — buy it for the love, not the exit.

The Full Take
Asha in the City of Rosas is one of those sets that punches well above what the price tag suggests. The Wish theme didn't exactly set the box office on fire, but this little set has a warmth to it — colorful architecture, a likable protagonist, and a layout that reads finished on a shelf rather than sparse. At 154 pieces it's not a marathon build, but the details are thoughtful enough that you're not just stacking walls. Two minifigs is the right count for the scene being told. The A overall isn't hype — this is a tightly executed small set that respects your money and your shelf.
