38 pieces of Technic and zero payoff — this cement truck is exactly what it looks like: a polybag concept stretched into a boxed set at a price that doesn't hold up.
Is the price fair?D+The dollar amount isn't huge, but 38 Technic pieces is a thin return for any price.
Will you love it?DNothing here clicks — no mechanism, no wow moment, no reason to seek it out.
Holds its value?C-This thing won't appreciate; it'll end up in bulk lots for pennies.

The Full Take
Technic is supposed to be about mechanical ambition, and this cement truck has none of it. Thirty-eight pieces doesn't give you a functioning drum, a real chassis, or anything approaching a satisfying model — just a loose suggestion of a vehicle. The price isn't catastrophic in absolute dollars, but for what lands on the table it's hard to justify when better Technic options exist at every tier. No minifigs, no play features worth mentioning, and a shelf presence that reads more like a prototype than a finished set. This one scores a D across the board for a reason: it doesn't serve builders, collectors, parents, or investors particularly well.
