The Heavy-Duty Bulldozer fills a real gap — an entry-level Technic set that doesn't demand a $50 commitment. But gap-filler and great set aren't the same thing. The build leans hard on large panels and simple repetition, which means the hands-on experience wraps up fast and doesn't teach much. The finished model is small enough to lose on a shelf and not detailed enough to demand attention. For a kid just entering Technic it's a passable Saturday afternoon, but for anyone who's built a few sets, the C grade holds: this is fine, not interesting.
