Volvo's real-life 6x6 hauler is a beast of a machine, and LEGO® Technic captured the mechanical ambition with a build clock that pushes past nine hours. That's a weekend project, and for a certain kind of builder, that IS the product. The problem hits when it's done: the finished model is hulking but plain, and the feature set doesn't quite justify $250. No minifigs is expected for Technic, but 'what you get' scoring a 3 out of 10 is the set quietly admitting the payoff doesn't match the journey. Pricing is the one genuine bright spot — for a flagship-scale Technic set, $249.99 is fair, and that's not nothing.
