The Full Take
The Catamaran isn't offensive, it's just aggressively forgettable. Technic boat builds are already a niche within a niche, and this one doesn't do enough mechanically or visually to justify the ask. The build experience clocks in fine — there's some decent length to it — but when you're done, you've got a blue hull sitting on a shelf doing nothing interesting. No minifigs, no standout mechanism, no wow moment. Fifty dollars is real money, and this set spends it without leaving much behind. A D overall, and the F on price is the loudest number in the whole package.
