Mini Technic sets have a reputation for being throwaway, but the XERION earns more credit than that — the agricultural theme is niche enough that fans of farm machinery will get a genuine kick out of the silhouette. At 130 pieces it's not going to challenge anyone, but the build has a few satisfying moments that punch above a $12.99 entry point. The problem is that the price grade tells a different story: you're not getting a lot of set for the money compared to what else Technic offers at this tier.
