128 pieces at $19.99 and zero minifigs — Technic at its least compelling. The Getaway Truck earns a D because there's almost nothing here worth escaping with.

The Full Take
The Getaway Truck is a small Technic set that fails its own premise. At $19.99 for 128 pieces, the value floor is among the lowest we've tracked — a 2.9 is a rough number to defend. The model itself is sparse, the functions are minimal, and the shelf result looks more like a prototype than a finished display piece. No minifigs means kids lose the narrative hook that makes smaller sets forgivable. The one sliver of interest is that it has shown modest appreciation over time, which is the only reason this isn't an F across the board. Even so, mild secondary market movement doesn't make a weak set worth buying new. Pass unless you're completing a collection.
