The ZEUX was Volvo and LEGO® teaming up to imagine construction equipment that doesn't exist yet, which is a genuinely cool premise. The build runs long and keeps you occupied — that's the real upside here. But when you step back and look at what you're actually displaying, a lanky yellow concept that reads more as prototype than showpiece, the $140 price tag starts to sting. There are no minifigs, no signature wow-moment part, and the overall proportions feel unresolved. Technic fans who want a serious weekend build will get one, but the value proposition at launch was rough and it hasn't improved much since. The idea was ambitious; the execution landed somewhere in the middle.
